As of May 2008, the number of employees at Delta Pharma is 741, a number which has been steadily growing. The focus of our Human Resources Division is to develop every individual tied to Delta Pharma into a highly motivated, skilled, self-empowered professional with a ‘can do' attitude.

 

All our personnel are committed to maintaining high ethical standards, generating innovative ideas, and creating congenial working environments. We have a motivated team with solid professional exposure comprising of Pharmacists, Bio-chemists, Medical Graduates, Science Graduates and Business Graduates who are propelling the departments towards excellence.

 

Delta Pharma virtually covers every corner of the rural as well as urban areas of Bangladesh with a sales team comprising of 342 hardworking and skilled personnel, including Regional Sales Managers, Field Managers and Medical Promotion Officers. The number is ever increasing with changes in time and situations. Delta Pharma has its own distribution network with 13 depots all over the country (Dhaka, Chittagong, Comilla, Noakhali, Mymensingh, Sylhet, Faridpur, Khulna, Jhenaidah, Rajshahi, Rangpur, Narayanganj and Barisal).

 

It is the people who control the success or failure of an organization. The Human Resources Department of Delta Pharma is engaged not only in recruiting the best people for this organization, but also in providing them the realistic and necessary training to push their careers ahead. The department arranges and supervises all the requirements for a motivating, competitive and up-to-date workforce, who are prepared to give their best for the company.
